From those activities, snorkeling is one of the experiences that attract many people to come. Menjangan Island
One of the best Bali snorkeling spots is Menjangan Island. Located in the northwest of Bali, this snorkeling spot is near the uninhabited island, where the locals see the Javanese deers or known as Menjangan in the local language. Thus this place gets the name Menjangan Island. The reefs of Menjangan island surround this small island so that you can see the underwater life from all directions of the island. There are many beautiful creatures that you will see, such as batfish, cardinalfish, yellowtail, angelfish, scorpionfish, and many more.
The most famous spot is Pos 2. It is renowned because of its diversity of corals and fish. You might also see the dolphin in this area, where the dolphin might follow your boat and create a squeaking sound around your ship.

Padang Bai
In the east, you will find some Bali snorkeling spots located in Padang Bai. Padang Bai is famous because of the harbor that connects Bali and Lombok. Besides the port, It is also renowned for its two spots for snorkeling: Tanjung Jepun and Blue Lagoon. The two places are not far away from the port. Tanjung Jepun and Blue lagoon have clear water and powerful current. Because of the calm water, this place is suitable for family trips because it is pretty safe for children and beginner snorkelers because of the calm water.

Tulamben
Tulamben is a very famous snorkeling site in Bali, thanks to the US Liberty shipwreck. The military cargo ship was torpedoed by Japan submarine during WW II and beached on the coast of Tulamben. During the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963, the shipwreck slipped into the sea and became a place for the corals and become a habitat for many fishes and other sea creatures. Although the shipwreck slipped 30 meters below the sea level, some of its high points are reaching up to 7 meters below the sea surface. Thanks to the clear water, those high points become a beautiful place to see during snorkeling and become one of the best Bali snorkeling spots.
Nusa Lembongan
Nusa Lembongan is one of the three small islands located in southeast Bali. From this small island, you will be able to see the majestic Mount Agung in the mainland of Bali, beautiful beaches, cliff viewpoints,  and stunning sunset. The clean and calm water of Lembongan is also a perfect place to play watersports. Lembongan also has a good deal of underwater life that will leave you stunning. There are many sea creatures that you can observe while snorkeling in Lembongan snorkeling spots.
Mangrove spot is a lovely place to snorkel in Lembongan. You will be surprised by the creatures you meet in this place.
